Gareth Booth is a business leader and commercial director with experience across operations, commercial management, finance, and strategic business development. He drives operational performance by restructuring processes, integrating systems, and introducing measures that support defined business objectives. His work includes managing multi-site operations, supporting acquisitions, and developing systems to improve how businesses operate.
Mr. Booth began his career at RSM McClure Watters as a trainee Chartered Accountant. His first role in industry was with Harvey Group, where he was Group Financial Controller. He played a key role in restructuring companies within the group and integrating their finance functions, operating systems, human resources, and administration. He also supported the acquisition of two businesses and helped align processes and policies following the acquisitions of two new subsidiaries.
Later, Mr. Booth took on the role of Group Operations Director at Inspired Business Investments. He was responsible for strategic planning and the day-to-day operation of Mercedes Benz franchises across Northern Ireland and South England. He helped formulate internal policies, assess new systems, and maintain organisational structures, and worked with directors and stakeholders on business plans and management succession.
Since 2024, Mr. Booth has served as Commercial Director at Copius Group. He leads commercial and operational activities, sets performance targets, develops recruitment strategies, builds strategic partnerships, and oversees operational budgets. His role also involves implementing policies and procedures, managing contractual requirements, and identifying risks that could affect the company’s objectives.
